If something doesn\u2019t work out, we\u2019re here to help with a simple, hassle-free return and refund process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return must be requested within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of receiving your order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products that have been used, damaged, or altered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items marked as <strong>final sale<\/strong> or <strong>non-returnable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards and downloadable digital products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return Shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it arrives safely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you\u2019ll receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed back to your <strong>original payment method<\/strong> within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping charges (if any) are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, unless the return is due to our error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Need a different size, color, or product? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We\u2019ll make it right\u2014either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
